About the Coach

Lorenda Phillips, MCC, is a nationally acclaimed business coach with more than 20 years experience in sales, marketing and sales management. Prior to becoming a coach, Lorenda gained expertise in the publishing, telecommunications, office equipment and internet industries.

Since 1995, Lorenda has been coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals. Her ideal clients include business-men and women who are motivated to take action to expand their capabilities and create excellence in their professional and personal lives. In the past two years, Lorenda has expanded her company to include people who are about to be or recently retired.

Lorenda received her bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University, and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University. She is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF) and ASTD. Lorenda has been awarded the prestigious designation of Master Certified Coach for ICF, and has also received a RSP-Retirement Coach Certification from Retirement Options, Inc. Lorenda is the co-chair of the Westside Women’s Network and member of the board of the Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.
